Web sites can be very iformative places but only the good ones have web design. Web design can be hard but here are some tips to help:
1.Plan out your layout, decided on how many pages and how they are going to be set up and what information will be on each page. This will help keep you organized when designing the web page.
2.Clours are very important when designing the web page. Chose colours that will reflect the mood of the web page and not conflict with your pictures. Colours also help make stuff more interesting and stick out more then just black and white.
3.Pictures are worth a thousand words and will help expalin your web page. Use pictures to help people understand a paragraph and make the website more plasing to look at.
4.Make sure your navigation bar is easy to use and find. It is frustrating for your readers to not be able to navigate your web site and they will leave it.
5. Make your website accesibile and useable- that means make sure your content makes sense and is easy to use such as make sure your galeries work with the images.
6. Use text that is standard because certin computers wont be able to show the text and the web page wont look the way its supose to.
7.Use a font that is easy to read. Your readers will be annoyed if they are struggling to read hard fonts such as Waker or twentith centry poster 1.
8.Don't crowed your web page. If you jam all you images and text it will look crowded and make it harder to fallow. try to make your web page flow.
9.Don't let Alaina touch your website :)-really try to work on your website where no one can distract you. Although its fine if they are hellping you(thanks with the help on the pojects Alaina!).
10. Make the website yours and be as creative as posible to make an interesting website.
